The course is one in a series of professional education sequences required to qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and covered counseling techniques, understanding human behavior and professional knowledge of the required steps in the real estate sales sequence.

Certified Military Housing Specialist Course educates housing professionals on the uniqueness of guiding the military through the process of purchasing a home
Canton, Ohio – DeHoff Realtors has achieved the rare distinction of becoming nationally certified to work with and understand the uniqueness of guiding military borrowers through the process of purchasing a home. DeHoff real estate agent David Angione has graduated from the Certified Military Housing Specialist Course, which is exclusively offered by USA Cares, Inc., a national military assistance nonprofit that gives emergency financial support to military and their families.

This course aims to educate real estate professionals on the differences in working with military communities by training them on the unique lifestyle circumstances often typical in the military.
The course and certification also helps real estate professionals make sense of the military’s “language,” ranking and pay system, all major factors in determining how much a military member can afford when purchasing a home.
